Shipment Processing Time
Most orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, and will be delivered on applicable USPS delivery days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during severe weather events (i.e. hurricanes, excessive rain and flooding, snow, etc.).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if circumstances arise that will delay shipments, we will post a notice on our website (http://kyliaandballu.com) during these times so that you will be aware of any possible delays in shipment before ordering. If a situation causes a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, and you will have the option of continuing with your order or cancelling your order.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated using current USPS Priority Flat Rates based on size and quantity of items ordered.
Shipment Confirmation + order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
kylia + ballu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
kylia + ballu is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you believe your order was lost or you received your order damaged, please contact USPS (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm) to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, which is required to file your claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns and Exchanges
Thanks for shopping at kylia + ballu! We would love it if every one of our customers was completely satisfied with their order, but realize that may not be the case. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’d like to know about it and have a chance to resolve the issue. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we can help fix the problem before you return the item. Emailing us first for a possible solution isn't required, but why go through the trouble of returning it if you don’t have to, right?
You have 14 calendar days from the date your tracking information shows your ordered was delivered to notify us that you would like to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as be in the original, undamaged packaging. You must notify us before you return the item by either filling out our Return Request Form or emailing us at email@example.com within the 14 calendar days.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item, and update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive your refund within the time determined by your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs and arranging return shipment for your item if you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind. We will pay for return shipping and arrange pickup of the item only if we shipped you an incorrect item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
